Refund policy
Dubai Orders:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 1–2 business days from the date of delivery.
• If a buyer requests a refund, the cost of returning the item to the seller is fully covered by the buyer.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
International Orders (Outside Dubai):
• No refunds and no exchanges.
• All international sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yqshoponline.com.
• Each case will be reviewed, and a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
